Great location, spacious room, clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view, friendly staff, offered room upgrade, will stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

we loved location and facilities.

We loved this hotel and would stay here again. The property is family in fact.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail in the rooms is superb, with comfortable beds and working gas fireplaces that add a cozy touch. The location in the center of the building provides rooms with the blinds up, allowing guests to wake up to beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying, giving guests a great start to their day.

While there were a few minor issues, overall the stay was enjoyable.

The access to skiing was perfect. From our room in the Tower, we were on the slopes in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and just a beautiful place to stay!

For the price, and all that is offered. There is no better place in South Lake Tahoe to stay, than the Ridge Resorts!!!

There needs to be a sign that designates which building is for registration.

The hotel offers great value for money with competitive prices compared to other resorts in the area. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, from the open sky in the center of the building's rooms to the stunning views up-top the mountain. The staff provides excellent service and is always attentive to your needs. Basic amenities such as a cooktop, microwave, and working gas fireplace make the rooms comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and a great way to start your day.

In terms of carpeting and communication from the concierge and front desk.

Enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby casino area, saving us money on transportation. The spacious room had a kitchen and living room area, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great for taking in amazing views of the surrounding area.

No thermostat in the room made the temperature difficult to control, and the lack of overnight staff at the front desk was a bit disappointing. Also, the checkout time should allow for a longer stay to truly enjoy the amenities.

Our room had a lovely view of the valley and was clean and spacious. The kitchen had modern appliances and ample storage. The free shuttle to downtown was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks like no air conditioning and a small bar of soap, I would definitely recommend a stay here. I had a pleasant experience at this resort.

We also appreciated the free lockers for storing our belongings and the option of having the blinds up to let in natural light. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

We loved the convenience of the shuttle that took us directly to the lift, which saved us time and hassle. The suite was spacious and comfortable with a great view. We appreciated the helpful staff who were always available to assist us. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of activities and amenities like a well-equipped gym, an indoor-outdoor pool with great heating, and a spa.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Enjoyed the scenic views and great amenities offered. Indoor basketball and tennis kept us active and the pool and spas were relaxing. Garage parking was an added bonus. Location was also great as we were close to various attractions and restaurants.

Some housekeeping issues with dishes left dirty. Staff was not very attentive and there were credit card overcharges.

This hotel is perfect for ski lovers being located just steps away from the slopes. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable bedding and an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. The variety of leisure facilities including an indoor pool and hot tub, and hiking trail around the property were fantastic. Plus, the continental breakfast is a great way to start the day.

One minor downside was the limited TV channels offered.
